The problem is the route from film to audience.
Kosovo produces features, documentaries, shorts and co-productions that travel through festivals. After the premiere cycle, however, many titles remain scattered across different pages, links and archives.
The Kosovo Cinematography Center describes its work through production, post-production and international promotion. Fluska focuses on the next link: careful presentation and legitimate audience access.
A PROGRAMME, NOT A STORAGE BIN
Every film deserves its own space.
Artwork, trailer, story, crew, languages and viewing terms belong together. This keeps a film from disappearing into a list and gives it a place in the programme.

Simple viewing requires invisible work.
Fluska does not simply take a link and publish it. Every title moves through an editorial, legal and technical process.

Materials
The master, artwork, trailer, credits and accurate information are assembled. A film should never be reduced to a title and a button.

Synopsis, languages, subtitles and the people behind the work make a film understandable, searchable and relevant to a wider audience.

Viewing
Video is prepared for protected streaming, tested across devices and connected to purchased access. That is what turns a catalogue into a working cinema.
WHY CIRCULATION MATTERS
An unseen film is a conversation that never happens.
European film-heritage research stresses that presence on VOD is not enough by itself: catalogue films need visibility, promotion and audience development. Earlier online-screening partnerships in Kosovo were likewise created to bring local films closer to the public.

Your contribution gives the programme time, care and continuity.
Support goes toward the continuing work of the catalogue: preparing film pages, translation and subtitles, streaming infrastructure, technical maintenance and presenting titles to their audience.

What does my contribution support?
Fluska’s work preparing, presenting, maintaining and digitally distributing the programme. The full amount appears before confirmation in Stripe.
Am I buying access to a film?
No. A contribution does not unlock a title. Use the Buy button on a paid film page; its viewing terms appear before checkout.
Is support required?
No. It is entirely voluntary and does not affect your account, favorites or access to free titles.
Will the payment repeat?
No. It is a one-time payment with no subscription or automatic renewal.
Can I choose another amount?
Yes. Choose Custom amount and enter an amount in euros before continuing to Stripe.
How can I help without paying?
Watch a film, learn about its team, save it, recommend it and share its link. Visibility is part of circulation.
