Problems with a purchase
If you were charged incorrectly, cannot access a paid title, or believe a payment was duplicated, contact Fluska support with the email on your account and the film title. Never send card details by email.
Approved refunds are recorded against the original order and revoke its remaining viewing access. Nothing on this page limits rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.
