Information used to provide the service

We use your email address to authenticate you and deliver account messages. Your profile language and saved titles are stored with your account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider, Supabase.

Essential cookies maintain your signed-in session. We do not add advertising trackers in this release. Hosting and authentication services may process technical connection and security logs.

Payments and purchase records

Stripe processes card details and payment authentication. Fluska stores the selected title, amount, currency, payment status, access expiry and Stripe references needed for receipts, support, refunds and fraud prevention. Fluska does not store your full card number.

Public trailers and your choices

Public video previews connect your browser to YouTube, Vimeo or Gumlet, depending on the title. These providers process connection data under their own privacy policies. The homepage can play a muted YouTube background preview automatically; its pause control removes the player. Other preview videos open when selected.

You may request account deletion or a copy of your account data through Fluska support.
